Actually it's not so difficult to do. When it comes to clothes of course, because his life style is rather hard to copy, unless you can take drugs and drink alcohol for years without getting sober and still be alive... So let's better focus on some image key points than on different types of Hennessy ;)
Ozzy describes himself very often as Prince of Darkness and this is quite good description of his current style. Black, black, black. Everything black. But it hasn't always been this way...

If you prefer his former style, I would suggest you to focus on tassled tops and fringe jackets. You can buy a ready one (where?) or make it yourself (how?). Long hair and bell bottom jeans will make the look complete.
Although I really like 80's rock bands style, I would rather pass over Ozzy's outfits from this period of time. It's not only about clothes, but also about his weight and ghastly fringe which made his face look even more full. In this case fringe shirt didn't make him look better.

After this terrible period of time, Ozzy started to wear round, tinted sunglasses (which are till now one of his favorite outfit elements) and dark, less trashy clothes (I know trends changes, but still... ). We can say this was a beginning of style he's carrying till now.

So, if you would like to look like Ozzy Osbourne, go for:
total black, minimal look (e.g. trousers, shirt, jacket)
round sunglasses
glam style long necklace

Also other "stars" prefer this Ozzy-inspired look, but most of them I don't recognize. But since Ozzy doesn't know who Justin Bieber is, I don't think that's a problem ;)
