Favourite rock covers

Sometimes I'm wondering if songs presented below would be as much attractive to me as they are if there wouldn't be a "smoother prototype version" :) However, rock is always better than everything else. Please enjoy and let me know what's your favourite rock cover!

One of the biggest Glam Rock stars ever and one of my personal favorite rock bands. In the 80's they looked more like girls than boys, but music they made was definitely saying that they are guys and they know how to rock.

Dress up like a rock star

It can happen that during carnival you'll be invited to a costume party. Or, even better, YOU, as a big Rock fan, will organize a Rock Stars themed party. Far better than all superheroes, movie stars and other Hawaiian ideas...
Of course you can always buy a ready costume, but just imagine how much fun can you have by creating it by yourself, or at least by collecting all necessary items. In this case your outfit shouldn't be only "inspired by...". You have to choose the most recognizable things about the Rock Star you would like to change into (it can be clothes but also behaviour) and emphasize it as much as possible.

Rock quotes wall stickers

I like uncommon things. I also like the feeling that I have something that nobody else has (but honestly, who doesn't like this feeling? ;) ). Now, when you can buy everything, creativity is the only thing that can help you in this case. While looking for some rock inspired wall decoration, I decided to use my quite long list of favourite rock songs quotes. I started to collect them a few years ago and now there are so many, that it was a tough decision to choose the ones I would like to see everyday on my walls. I decided to go with Led Zeppelin and Queen, but I feel that's kind of a feeling when you've made a tattoo. You've made it once and you want more and more... So there are already next quotes waiting to be printed :)

Great Rock ispired t-shirts

I love Rock inspired t-shirts. I don't know how many of them are in my closet, but it's a lot. "Vintage style" tees are my favorite ones, but I have also quite nice collection of Hard Rock Cafe shirts (I think I'll dedicate them a separate post ;) ).

Be like...Freddie Mercury

A few days ago I watched Queen live at Wembley Stadium. It was the first Queen concert I've seen and it didn't disappoint me. Freddie was as great as I expected and it was another time when I thought how much did rock world loose when Freddie died. Since I know this band, and it's a very long time,  I'm impressed how diversified songs can be created by one band. Every single song is different what I can't say about many rock bands (even the greatest). But let's see how Freddie looked like on this memorable concert:

Be like...Ozzy Osbourne

Actually it's not so difficult to do. When it comes to clothes of course, because his life style is rather hard to copy, unless you can take drugs and drink alcohol for years without getting sober and still be alive... So let's better focus on some image key points than on different types of Hennessy ;)

Ozzy describes himself very often as Prince of Darkness and this is quite good description of his current style. Black, black, black. Everything black. But it hasn't always been this way...

Who’s in your opinion the most stylish Rock Star? One with the most original and unique style? List of my favorites is quite long, but I’ll try to present some of them ;)

1. John Lennon and his Windsor eyeglasses and hippie style. I think he's now inspiring mostly geeks and philosophers.
